Here’s a new one on me. Kidney Beans contain a poison that must be elimated by boiling the dry beans for 10 min. I was reading a magazine and stumbled across ads for cream cheese referencing www.spreadphilly.com. Next time I was online I visited the website and was pleasantly surprised at what Kraft had put together.
The website has your usual huge list of recipes plus an online community, but the section I found interesting was the “How to Cook . . . → Read More: Love cooking and baking with cream cheese? Need to know if you can substitute cream cheese spread for regular? There is a place you can go.
