OK, I love odd things so when I went to the Cooks Ham website, www.Cooksham.com, I just had to see what kinds of audio and video they had for ham. So I went to this link and lo and behold I discovered HAM TV.
What a great intro video this has… just the kind of thing I like. But if you go further down into it you can find tons of useful information. They have instructions on how to carve six different kinds of ham including spiral hams. (You can find the whole spiral ham carving video here. The half spiral ham carving video is here.)
The FAQ contains additional info about storing the ham and the Gluten Free status of their products. Check for that information here. (Cooks products are gluten-free to the best of their ability but they can’t count on their vendors being 100% GF. Check the FAQ for their most current, full explanation.)
